As one prepares for the end of life, there may be an accumulation of belongings to sort through and free yourself and loved ones from. A death doula can assist with sorting and organizing, reflecting and loving, and passing along a life worth's of possessions. In-person services offered in St. Paul, MN and larger Twin Cities area.

We all leave a legacy - sometimes unintentionally and other times intentionally. Our legacy may not be attached to great monetary value (but certainly could be!) but we all impact others and their lives. As we ponder our time on the planet and what we want to leave behind, a death doula can assist and find creative and customized ways for you to intentionally leave your legacy. Legacy work can include life reviews (oral, written, video), letter writing, artwork, and more.

Death doulas can assist with the nuts and bolts of dying including support for advanced directive writing, funeral and end of life celebration planning, obituary and eulogy writing, and preparing and organizing for one's actual death and the immediate aftermath.
$35.00/hour for services
As one dies, doulas can sit bedside to offer support to those dying as well as their loved ones. While not nurses or other medical professionals who offer medical care, doulas can support, keep company, educate, advocate and help navigate as one transitions. In-person services offered in St. Paul, MN and surrounding Twin Cities area.
